Abstract :
Via changing construction of power systems from vertically integrated structure to restructured environment, the reserve supply and reliability have been more important. Than before. One of the cheaper reserve supply and higher reliability methods is by demand response (DR) method. In this paper, we will have a review on demand response method and its benefits and its challenge in a restructured environment. In addition, we have considered uncertainly retailer benefit, which for this, we have defined a normal distributed function of price offer for retailer.
