Abstract :
In order to identify and explore the structure and function of brain memory, we put forward new modeling and simulation methods on memory by computer system structure and functional operations with complex network. By the similarity and relation of computer system and memory from the structure and operation, we constructed the basic and complex bi-modular memory models and the changing algorithm from complex model to basic model where the polynomial time complexity retrieve algorithm was applied with tree as data structure, meanwhile the bi-modular memory models annotated the parallel and serial structure of computer system. The analytical results and bi-modular model application imply that modeling on brain functional memory from computer system is feasible.
