Abstract :
On the basis of further research in the numeral image recognition algorithm, this paper puts forward a numeral image recognition based on MUC which is compared with a image recognition algorithm based on computer, both algorithms are by extracted feature information of figure. Experiments show that, the average recognition rate of numeral image recognition algorithm based on MCU can arrive at 74%, and the other based on computer arrives at 96.5%.But numeral image recognition algorithm based on MUC is simple, easy to realize, has low cost and a great potential for growth.
