Abstract :
In this paper, as the problems of resource shortage and environment degradation become more and more serious, finding a sustainable development which can make society, economy, resource and environment coordinate with each other has become the international tide. Traditional crane is becoming one of the important researching objects in the energy-saving and environmental-protection field because of its high petrol consumption, low efficiency, and severe pollution and wasting of gravitational potential energy. Therefore, producing crane with the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving and environment protection is an important aim for many companies at home and abroad which apply strategy of sustainable development. This paper analyzes the energy distribution among the mechanisms of hybrid power crane based on super capacitor working as the energy storage device. Followed by a study on the characteristics of the crane system, a coordinated control strategy of the engine-electrical system is proposed to achieve stable operation at the rated speed required by the handle instruction without being affected by the fluctuant external voltage and load current.
