Abstract :
This paper proposed a robust adaptive excitation controller based on Neural Network Disturbances Observers(NNDO) and sliding mode control for SMIB power system. Main theory result is firstly presented and then a dynamic controller is constructered for a class of general nonlinear uncertain system by using neural network and sliding mode control.Neural network is used as an estimator of external disturbances and which be compensated in the controller. Sliding mode dynamic is designed at the last step for enhancing the ability of attenuating uncertainty of the system. Finally,we apply the control strategy into SMIB power system. Simulation is performed and the result shows that the proposed controller is effective for attenuating disturbances.
