An ontology-based multi-dimensional organization and management model for Web services

This paper introduces a model for the organizing and managing of Web services. The model organizes Web services from different aspects and the concepts related to each aspect are organized by an Ontology. All the concepts are associated with related Web services and they can be used to locate Web services needed. The model facilitates locating Web services from different aspects at the same time so as to reduce the searching space during the Web services discovery. The model´s implementation and how it can be used to support the Web services discovery and composition are both discussed.
