An efficient algorithm for Web Transaction Pattern Mining

Abstract :
In this paper, a new web transaction pattern mining algorithm called WTPM is introduced, which is based on pattern-growth framework. Different prune methods are adopted to increase the mining speed and accuracy, taking advantage of the web site structure to optimize the algorithm. The experimental results show that the algorithm WTPM is effective and efficient. In addition, it has good scalability.
