Abstract :
The purpose of this article is to develop a framework focused on rural communities in Mexico. The proposed architecture is compliant with regulatory and technical factors as well as with the hierarchical elements of Next Generation Networks (NGN´s). Our proposed architecture is flexible and adaptable to rural and under-served urban areas and is consistent with e-Mexico program created by the Mexican government to detonate and stimulate social and economic development in rural communities.
