Abstract
There are various SIP attacks which have employed forged source addresses and difficult to track. Combining the SIP and source address validation, this paper proposes the source address validation based SIP security service model, which could be helpful to understand, design and deploy a better security SIP service in the source address validation environment. Deploying this model not only can make the SIP application more security by avoiding faked address attacks in nature, but also can reduce the complexity of SIP security systems or devices, and make the interacted SIP elements more trust in the complex network environment.
