Abstract :
Location based service (LBS) has recently found broad applications in many industries that it is seemingly to have a bright future. Intelligent Services Gateway (ISG) on the other hand, provided a standard and open platform, so that by using its SDK, cross-platform LBS can be easily developed with Java.
