Abstract
A simple and secure method to integrate the Diffie-Hellman (DH) key exchange into the Digital Signature Standard (DSS) is presented in this Letter. Two parties are able to establish a DH key securely between them over a public channel, even though they do not know the public key of the opposite party beforehand. The authors demonstrate that how the replay attack and known key attack can be defeated.
