Abstract :
This paper presents analysis of 1/f phase noise compensation in a small signal common-base bipolar junction transistor (BJT) amplifier and experimental data of the compensation modeling. Analysis is performed with the computer algebra system Maxima and takes into account parameters that affected BJT performance at microwaves. The experiment showed the 10 dB reduction of phase fluctuations.
