  • Abstract
    Ways of construction of electric power monitors, which meet the present-day Federal Grid Company of United Energy System (FGC UES) requirements of control, modernization and innovation development of Union National Electric Grid (UNEG) under The FGC UES technological policy Constitution are reviewed. Especially under point 1.1 of Constitution - strategic mission of FGC USE Constitution. The integrated measuring device construction that meets the complex requirements in terms of measurement error, price, internal and external factors of electrical effects immunity is offered. Device parameters is provided to the requirements of cold climate.
