  • Abstract
    The paper briefly analyses the existing occlusion culling algorithm for terrain scene and puts forward an occlusion culling algorithm of line segment intersection to get real-time rendering, in order to realize efficient visibility culling in large 3D scale scene. It analyses its principle and complexity. Finally, experimental results on OGRE platform are presented. The results show that the algorithm can achieve accurate culling and significantly improved FPS at a low cost.
