Abstract
Converged network is motivated by service. All network capabilities can only be represented through service. Current service utilizes all advantage of network, in order to provide rich service experience. However, there is some gap between developer and end users, as developers didn´t fully understand users´ requirement. So service development can´t catch up with user´s increasing requirement. This paper introduces HCI approach in service development, trying to use cognitive model of interaction to improve quality of experience. The goal is to provide a framework and some principles to make human centric service much easier and quicker. So detail cognitive model mapping will be discussed, and a general framework will also be mentioned. As the work going, this framework will be applied it in a real network setting.
