Abstract :
In accordance with the character of strict supplying timeliness to emergent material transportation, the paper introduces the time-satisfaction concept and linear time-satisfaction function and builds a mathematic model about transportation problem which aims at the best integrated time-satisfaction level. Integrated time-satisfaction function is defined by combining with the level of content, which is divided into very satisfied, general and not satisfied. Then the paper designs lexicographical algorithm and makes optimization solutions based on software program LINGO. Living examples show that this model is in line with a greater degree of emergent supplying, and afford a salutary lesson for making emergent transportation policy decision.
