Abstract :
Go-self high-field-gap rice variable manure spreader always uses high-field-gap special designed batholiths and manure spreading device, however, there exist some problems in its hydraulic drive system and rowing manure controlling unit, such as paddy field manure spreader in low field-gap, spreading manure quantity adjusting technology draggled, low work efficiency, etc. According to the manure spreader producing course and its structure parameters, AT89C51 singlechip is used as a core control element in the control system, controlling performance experiments of the manure spreader for spreading manure was made on ground and rice field. The results show that the performance of special designed control table achieved expecting require, and the control system meet the requirements.
