  • Abstract
    Because the mission of complex equipments has particularity of structure, functions and work environment, online detection and diagnosis are difficult to carry out and embed. On account of this reason, detection and diagnosis ideas of hierarchical detection and step refining are proposed. That is to say, according to whole-system pivotal nodes testing, faults are isolated to subsystems or units; according to detection of faulty units based on environment simulation platform, faults are isolated to minimum replaceable units; according to circuit detection and diagnosis system, faults are isolated to circuit modules or components. Detection system and diagnosis system schemes are related in this paper, by testing and trial, the original system is proved that the idea and scheme of comprehensive detection diagnosis system are scientific and feasible.
