Stakeholder strategy support system based on SSM and CBR

Stakeholder management should not be a concept, but a support mode built on the company frame of stakeholder management. Soft system analysis method and case-based reasoning technology is the important domain to assist the company for intelligent decision with decision support system model built through computer in recent years, which has been applied in stakeholder management and formed stakeholder management strategy model based on SSM and CBR. The model can be applied to integrate the common perspective of stakeholders, to achieve organizational justice, and to raise system efficiency.
