Application of SPR technology in the detection of Chinese traditional medicine

Detections of seven kinds of Chinese traditional medicine were proposed theoretically and experimentally by surface plasmon resonance (SPR) technology in this paper. An optical system based on wavelength modulation was built for the measurement. Factors that will affect the measurement were discussed. The influences of the matching oil and the stability of the system were analyzed simultaneously. Then an optimal scheme was proposed for the experiment. The results demonstrated the feasibility using SPR technology.
