Abstract

Medical Informatics is the coalescent of computer science, information technology and medical science, and it is newly-formed leading multi-disciplinary scientific, which is the basic medical development at present and in the future. The personnel who have medical informatics knowledge is essential to China´s medical information undertaking, so it is imperative under the Situation to enhance the personnel cultivation of Medical Information. This article is about survey analyses of present situation of medical informatics personnel in China and the development approaches to personnel cultivation.
