Abstract :
Stable, secure, high-speed network is an essential basis for digital campus, so how to effectively improve the level of operation and maintenance, and the level of service is a current and long-term problem for the campus network. Based on the ITIL concepts, it can explore and practice IT operation and maintenance outsourcing of basic network in colleges and universities, so that to initially establish an IT service management model which is process-oriented, customer-centric.
