Abstract :
E-learning is a main approach of learning in the network environment. This article focuses on the Personal e-Learning System (PLS). The definition of the Personal e-Learning System is provided, and the essential elements of a Personal e-Learning System are analyzed. The features, functions and the mechanism of the Personal e-Learning System (PLS) are outlined and discussed. The authors believe that the Personal e-Learning System is essential and helpful for learners.
