International cultivation of talents for Wood Science and Engineering Specialty based on “ABC-KAQ model”

With the global economy developed rapidly, it is particularly urgent and important to speed up development of international cultivation of talents in the agriculture and forestry colleges, to meet the objective demand of talents in new era and enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. This paper pointed out the main problems of Wood Science and Engineering Specialty. Based on the “ABC-KAQ model”, the cultivation system of “practice-innovative” complex talent was put forward, in order to realize win-win goals of the social demand with the agriculture and forestry colleges.
