Research and practice of an open research innovation mode

Digital media technology is an intersection field of art and technology, which needs the inter-disciplinary talents who are good at art and computer technology and emphasis on the training of creative talents. Based on the analysis of existing problems in the traditional education mode and current practice teaching system, this paper puts forward an open research innovation mode - innovation works, which is able to make experiment teaching connect more smoothly with graduation project and to build a multidimensional practical teaching system whose practice activities are linked to each other more closely and to foster and exercise students´ practical abilities in various ways and levels for enhancing their innovative abilities.
