Abstract
Nonverbal communication is influenced by different cultures. People should pay more attention to it. In the actual process of communication, nonverbal communication is more important than verbal communication. This paper makes a comparison between Chinese and American nonverbal communication to show similarities and differences. Some methods and measures to avoid differences and to make the communication smooth are mentioned in the paper too.
