  • Abstract
    This paper introduces a convergence capability maturity model of network, compute and storage management for virtual infrastructures across distributed locations. It additionally presents a service middleware layer that enhances convergence maturity, while enabling business objectives to be translated into technical resource demands. Architectural and application studies show the value of the model and application of the service middleware layer.
