Abstract :
Fly-by-wire flight control system is widely used in modern aircrafts and the flight control computer is a kernel in the control system. In order to improve the reliability of the flight control computer, redundancy technique is widely used to build the redundant computer which consists of multiple channels and each channel has its own CPU. However, this method brings huge difficulties for the debugging and testing of flight control computer software, because software´s debugging and testing must be implemented considering the communication, synchronization, and cross-monitoring among the software of each channel. This will cause the delay of software development, because much work can be done only after the completion of real flight control computer´s hardware. This paper presents a rapid prototype test platform of redundant flight control computer based on RFM (Reflective memory). The platform uses the COTS to construct the redundant channels of redundant computers, utilizes RFM to simulate the multi-channel communication and synchronization, realizes the hardware fault insertion and redundancy function simulation through the encapsulate of hardware driver. This new method can improve the software development efficiency and shortens the product development cycles greatly.
