Abstract

Digital platform of teachers´ professional development is an integrated development about students´ teaching practice ability, teaching evaluation, teaching reflection ability, at the same time teaching, training, evaluation, testing, research and other functions as one of the intensive system. Platform is made from network intelligent training system, classroom teaching online observation system, distance multimedia on the classroom, ICT laboratory and control center composed. The system compatibility, system control, Network connection, teaching copy and play, and other aspects of the effective design are considering fully in the realization.
