Abstract
This paper describes the successful work carried out to analyse the relationship between the variation in the transmission line characteristics of a frequency discriminator and the resulting frequency error. In particular; changes in the physical characteristics of the delay line medium caused by moisture which in turn result in changes in the effective electrical length are investigated.
