Visualising the co-creation process

In this paper, a network-based diagrammatic approach for visualising the co-creation process is proposed. The approach centres on the use of three main primitives to depict the different forms of involvement and techniques for co-creation. The approach was evaluated through the visualisation of three co-creation methodologies from literature. The paper concludes with a discussion on the applications of the approach for researchers/practitioners and makes recommendations for future research on methodologies for co-creation.
