Abstract
Methyl trichlorosilane which a waste in the production of silicone prepared methyl aluminum silicate. Methyl trichlorosilane hydrolysate were methyl trihydroxy silane and hydrogen chloride that may be recyclable. Methyl trihydroxy silane and acidified aluminum prepared superfine methyl aluminum silicate. Put methyl trihydroxy silane, sodium hydroxide and acidified aluminum (the mass proportion was 4:2:3) in mixture solvent (the volume ratio of ethanol and water was 3:1), the reaction temperature was 80°C, pH was 10-11, reaction time was 2h, aging time was 4h, 120°C vacuum drying. Manufactrue was characterised by XRD, IR, SEM, and differential thermal analysis.
