Abstract :
The software platforms of new-style gas chromatography-mass spectrometers have added the analysis fuction of three-dimensional mass spectrogram (3-D MS). In order to add this fuction in the original software platforms, this paper designs the construction method of 3-D MS. We preprocess the raw date through threshold measuring, data smoothing and peak identifying, then we demarcate the mass to charge ratio (m/z) of MS peaks by using the demarcation algorithm proposed in the paper. Finally, we construct 3-D MS combined with the information of time and intensity. All codes are completed in the environment of VC 6.0. The results show that the function which can complete the analysis of 3-D MS has been embedded into the original platform successfully, and it has practical significance.
