Abstract :
With the rapid development of optical networks , the operator´s broadband services are increasingly complex. The traditional network operations management system is unable to meet the demand for and use of personalized customer perception. Starting from different stages of the customer life cycle, this paper designs a new broadband optical network operation and management system.
