Abstract :
The diffraction intensity distribution of the cylindrical varied line-space reflection grating (VLSRG) was analyzed in this paper, and the theory for diffraction intensity distribution of the cylindrical VLSG was deduced. The band-pass filtering function of such grating against wide band spectra was proved. The application of this characteristic to VLSG angular displacement sensor, it will provide important theoretical supports to design the VLSG angular displacement sensor.
