Abstract :
Many high-reliability equipments are always required to be stored for a long time before be used, but the slight changes of performance in high-reliability products during long-term storage are very difficult to be caught and the changes of storage environmental stress and product material properties are also complicated. This paper focuses on the storage reliability for high-reliability products and reviews the researches on storage reliability of the US and Russian weapons and equipments. Then some relative methods are described, such as accumulated damage methods, accelerated storage methods, methods based on the evolution of product storage performance and evaluation methods.
