Abstract :
This article introduces application of the digital basin technology in the Yellow River flood controlling and disaster mitigation. Focused on the Yellow River flood control system design ideas and relevant key technologies which combined with flash-flood warning forecast, flood and sand scheduling, flood defence command, flood and sand evolution and emergency disaster reduction functions, it provides reference for the construction of river basin flood control information.
