Abstract :
This paper presents a novel parts state correction method using image processing. In order to correct state, this paper illustrates the method of how to detect the hole in parts´ location and how to calculate parts´ deviate angle mainly based on Hough transform. This method is proved to be useful and efficient in practice. The paper is innovative in three facts. First, the matching image is a more efficient way for this purpose than the complex combination which is composed by sensors and machinery. Second, Hough transform is easy to detect the hole in the special parts. Third, this algorithm can fit a multi-purpose situation through flexible adjusting matching image module. This method can be widely used in other similar applications.
