Abstract :
Ecological compensation is a key comprehensive environmental economic policy adopted by China to intensify the environmental protection as well as a key way to coordinate the relations among relevant interested parties and boost the regional sustainable development. The paper gives an analysis of the problems in establishment of ecological compensation mechanism in the Three Georges Reservoir Area through SWO-PEST analytical matrix and proposes the related measures on the basis of systematic conclusion of exploration practice of establishing the ecological compensation mechanism in the Three Georges Reservoir Area in recent years.
