Abstract :
Emergency supplies belong to emergency logistics, and it emphasizes the timeliness of distribution. The distribution scheme of this kind of problem focuses on time. That is to say that we should try to deliver all the supplies to the destination in the shortest time. We brought forward an algorithm of emergency supplies distribution based on network flow. We use the minimum time-consuming of augmented chain and time ratio matrix at the present state to get the distribution scheme and required time. The experiment shows that this algorithm can work out the emergency distribution scheme simply and effectively in a transport system.
