Abstract :
Contact pressure is one of the most important factors affecting the contact reliability of relays. This paper provides one detection method of contact pressure for relays. The contact pressure detection device is designed which includes the thin-film pressure sensors, signal acquisition circuit, signal processing circuit and so on. The contact pressure on electrical contacts of relays is detected before and after life test, and at last the comparative analysis of test data is analyzed.
