  • Abstract
    The High-pressure water atomization and AgSn alloy powder oxidization were studied. The forming reason of the AgSn alloy powder pre-oxidation´s shortcoming was found, and the improvement measure were proposed. Based on the improvements, the dense oxide film on the powder surface after AgSn powder oxidized was resolved, and the AgSnO2 powder sintering strength was increased. Then AgSnO2 fabrication property and stability of electrical performance were increased by.
