Abstract :
Because of Guided weapon´s high cost and high reliability requirements and a small number of characteristics, making the existing sampling theory for conventional weapons, pilot programs, evaluation methods, theory of accelerated life test method does not apply to equipment and technical support for economic needs. It is necessary to study the reliability of small sample theory test and evaluation, and develop a common set of reliability assessment model to address the high reliability and guided weapons obvious contradictions between the small sample. This paper focuses on a small sample under the conditions of guided weapons reliability assessment program, analysis of the small sample under the conditions of guided weapons systems reliability evaluation software environment of the development of guided weapons, general-purpose software package reliability assessment, to solve the small sample under the guided weapons reliability assessment of the existing contradictions. Finally, typical application equipment for the project, the result shows that the study of theory and software reliability assessment has significant engineering value. This idea applies not only to guided weapons systems, can also be extended to other complex equipment of high reliability.
