Abstract :
The large-scale operation of electric vehicles is the inevitable tendency of automobile industry. The great number of electric vehicles putting into the grid provides a mobile energy storage power station which is a developing direction of smart grid. However, both the charging and discharging procedures of electric vehicles can detrimentally impact the performance of the distribution grid. This paper proposes a management policy considering peak load shifting for coordinating regional electric vehicles charging and discharging. Moreover, the influence to the load curve of scale charging and discharging in this management mode is simulated based on MATLAB.
