Abstract :
The paper focuses on the study of environmental effects that electric vehicle might cause if they were connected to the distribution grid. A comprehensive evaluation index system is proposed in a quantitative way to describe the environmental effects, such as the pollutant reduction validity and greenhouse gas reduction validity. In order to ensure the economical efficiency of the system, the comprehensive investment cost is also chosen as an index to be evaluated. Based on multi-grey target model, the different simulated electric vehicle connected schemes are comprehensively evaluated. The results indicated the location of the charging station and vehicle penetration, which provide references for planning and development of electric vehicles in the future.
