  • Abstract
    Paper presents a new voltage flicker detection method based on atomic method. Design voltage flicker coherent dictionary by analyzing characteristic of voltage flicker, which decrease the calculation work of the Matching Pursuits (MP) algorithm. Use the MP algorithm to extract the fundamental component and voltage flicker. By analyzing the parameters of voltage flicker, we can identify the voltage flicker detection is current or not. Simulation data results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method, and obtaining accuracy.
