Abstract :
It is important to know the characteristic and influence factors of implementation of patent while enterprises improve the transform of patents to realism productivity. Gathering data of 1378 patents from 639 small and medium sized enterprises in Zhejiang province of China by survey, this paper empirically studies the impacts of patent promoting policy, R&D investment, R&D cooperation mode, and strategy management of patent on patent implementation about Chinese small and medium sized enterprises. The results show that they all affect patent implementation significantly. Specifically, stronger promoting policy, more R&D cost and employee, cooperation with university and institut, and higher level of strategy management of patent can improve the possibility of patent implementation. Moreover more R&D cost and employee and cooperation with university and institut can improve the method of patent implementation. The results have great significances to help Chinese small and medium sized enterprises to improve their capabilities for patents implementation. Then, there are some inspirations and suggestions on reinforcing the transform of patents to realism productivity for enterprises.
