Abstract
Collaboration is generally a useful technique for creating new businesses and developing products. Collaboration can gets market needs and acquires the resources, for example technologies, knowledge, secret information, funding, and networks. This paper proposes a Middle Mediator Model (MMM) that facilitates cooperation. The authors examine a case study that was achieved by a middle mediator in which a graphic processing unit LSI (GPU) was developed in collaboration with the user company.
