Abstract :
An Arrayed Pinhole Camera (APC) can measure spatial distributions of beam divergence and flux, simultaneously. A time resolved two-dimensional (radial and azimuthal) APC has developed. Achieved performance of the APC are a spatial resolution on anode of better than 1 mm, and an effective divergence resolution of better than 10 mrad. The measured beams are an energy of about 0.5 MeV, an ion current density of about 10 A/cm2 proton and carbon beam, which was generated by a beam-extraction type applied-B two-stage diode. The insulation magnetic field of the diode was varied for improve beam distributions. Time evolutions of divergence distributions are acquired.
