Abstract :
The loading of electrodynamical structure by intense electron beam is concerned by means of macroscopical electrodynamics as filling of this structure with some dielectric medium. An electron beam is treated as moving medium with temporal and spatial dispersion that is described by tensor of permitivity. Tensor ϕ̂ is found for beam moving in the fields of such structures as quadrupole transport channel and spatially periodical axe-symmetrical field Linear and quasi-linear theories of beam-structure resonant interaction are developed This approach allows from one point of view to calculate increments of unstable interactions, initial currents and saturation characteristics for slow wave structures of different kinds.
